This study aims to analyze the positioning of research on the theme of International Human Resources Management (GRHI) and Isomorphism as an influence for the choice of Human Resources practices in Multinational Companies (MC). The work carried out was a bibliographic search of articles covering the period between 1994 and 2019, obtained in the Web of Science (WOS) database, which, through an integrative literature review, performed quantitative analysis, presenting the panorama of international productions of the theme, also to qualitative analysis, which identified and grouped the articles into three categories (convergence, divergence, and duality). The findings show the increase in citations of these articles after 2010, which evidences the greater interest of researchers. Besides, there was a predominance of the category "convergence", but not configuring hegemony of any category, besides verifying a diversity of factors and forces in this field that influences the level of alignment of human resources practices of the matrix with its subsidiaries.
