摘要：
The paper carries on an empirical research on the extent of financial exclusion in China's 31 provinces using factor analysis. The results show that the extent of regional financial exclusion related to economic development. Economically developed areas have relatively low levels of financial exclusion, and the backward areas of the western have relatively high extent of financial exclusion. Therefore, the reduction of financial exclusion depends on the economic development.
