摘要
This article is devoted to investigation of the effectiveness of a method for automatic correction of the control program (ACCP) in practice to compensate for the elastic deformations occurring in turning nonrigid shafts. The relevance of the research is justified by a wide prevalence of this tool type in mechanical engineering, as well as the by the peculiarities of their turning at the modern CNC machine tools. The purpose of this article is to show the way of implementation and effectiveness of the ACCP method in a production environment to minimize the elastic deformation without increasing the cost of nonrigid shafts. The main research method is the analysis of data obtained as a result of the blanked experiment. To predict the elastic deformation value and implement the automatic correction machine control program the authors used a specially developed software package ProgRez. This article presents implementation algorithms for the automated calculating movement trajectory cutting tool and the CNC G-code automatic correction as well as proposes a method for ACCP implementing. Implementation of the research results will provide a sufficiently high accuracy of the turning non-rigid shafts at the CNC machine tool without additional production costs for specialized devices, additional processing steps and the cutting parameters minimizing.
