摘要
We obtain and graphically investigate the soliton solutions of a reduced Maxwell-Bloch system, which incorporates the effect of a permanent dipole. In particular these solutions are capable of modeling unipolar, non-oscillating electromagnetic solitons, commonly referred to as "electromagnetic bubbles". (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V.
