Evaluation of universities' soft strength of university culture comprehensive can made a better understanding in soft power of the university culture development level. This article using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the university cultural soft power evaluation model. The article made a comprehensive evaluation in Soft strength of university culture through these four aspects that the decisive soft power, key soft power, foundation of soft power and the core of the soft strength,
