摘要
This paper presents a novel instrument for the analysis of signals coming from matrix of Differential Variable Reluctance Transducer. The signal processing technique is based on FFT evaluation. The main objective is compactness and, more important, a short elaboration time. In particular, information from up to 11 different sensors can be simultaneously processed, supposing a measuring time of about 300 mus. Experimental results show a resolution in the +/-0.2 mum order.
