摘要：

Human error behaviors are the main cause which lead to safety accidents of coal mine complicated technical system. This paper discusses the definition and factors of human error behaviors, analyzes the mechanism of coal mine human error behaviors from three aspects: individual, group, organization, and builds the human error accident-causing theory model of coal mine. By the analysis of Bai Xing mine"2 . 23" accident, the rationality of model is validated.
