Parallel Processing of MIMO Radar Algorithm on Multi-Core Digital Signal Processor

摘要
The performance per watt of Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has become higher and higher in recent years, which bring more convenience to the real-time processing of multiple input multiple output (MIMO) radar. In this paper, we talk about MIMO radar algorithm first. Next we briefly introduce a high performance multi-core DSP named TMS320C6678 from Texas Instruments Inc. (TI), and propose an approach for parallel processing of MIMO radar algorithm on this DSP. We describe how the algorithm has been efficiently implemented on such a device, and evaluate its performance.
