摘要
Finishing hot mill width models are researched and developed in this paper. Some common reasons of width change in the finishing mill are introduced. Introduced some models related to finishing hot mill strip width which are used in our finishing mill setup model system for width prediction. These models include spread during horizontal rolling, width change caused by looper, width variation by high temperature creep and heat expansion and cold contraction during rolling. It is used to a 1700mm stainless steel hot mill rolling production line and the target width performance has a good effect. And the roughing mill width self-learning coefficient for finishing mill width changes are smooth and stable.
