摘要：

This paper analyses the reason for low success rate of ERP project and the deficiency of existing methods of ERP process management and ERP risk management. Then, on the basis of related theory, we create the Model of User-oriented Risk Management in ERP-implementation. This model emphasizes that user dominates the implementation of ERP project in the whole process and the close connection between process management and risk management. So the risk management in ERP-implementation will becomes a routine reflected in each of the implementation process. This model will finally reach the goal of controlling ERP implementation risks.
