摘要
Carbon fiber composites are high-performance composites composed of a variety of materials with different properties. The multiple properties of the materials complement each other in performance and function, giving carbon fiber composites an advantage in overall performance over single materials. This allows it to be used in a variety of applications, such as aerospace, sports equipment, civil engineering, chemical machinery and medicine. In the early production and long-term use of carbon fiber composite materials, various defects such as inclusions, delamination, pores, cracks, and debonding are likely to appear. The occurrence of these defects will seriously affect the stability of the material, and at the same time limit the application of carbon fiber composite materials, leading to property losses, personal safety issues and structural quality issues. Non-destructive testing is also called "non-destructive testing". The main feature is that the testing behavior does not damage the physical and chemical properties of the test object and can obtain the required testing data. Non-destructive testing is widely used in modern industry and manufacturing. Based on the research of composite materials, this article detects the gaps and defects that may occur during the manufacturing and use process, and describes some commonly used non-destructive testing methods.
