This review focuses on the endoscopic management of pancreatic pseudocysts utilizing endoscopic ultrasound guidance for transenteric and transpapillary drainage. Techniques and efficacy along with complications are addressed. Further, efficacy and comparative data with alternative techniques such as percutaneous and surgical drainage are discussed.
