摘要
In this paper, we have proposed a new algorithm to allocate resources in a multiuser cooperative OFDM overlay Cognitive Radio Network (CRN). The proposed algorithm incorporates three parameters for resource allocation to secondary users (SU). The first parameter is to allocate the resources using channel conditions of each SU. The second one is incorporation of secondary user participation in the cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) as a decisive parameter for resource allocation. The third parameter is the time elapsed since previous data transmission of a SU. The simulation results of this algorithm show at least 40% improvement in the throughput as compared to one of the best existing algorithm based on channel conditions for multi SUs in CRN.
