摘要
Learning organization concept is current issue in management's theory and practise. Literature review shows that learning organization is based on employees' competences and focused on their development. Moreother employees of such organization should possess specific in terms of learning organization competences. Particularly this is the main premise of the aim of this paper, i.e. presenting results of the diagnosis of the employees' competences within enterprises considered as learning organizations. The diagnosis of employees' competences is accomplished by fuzzy inference, particularly implementing the method of competence evaluation basing upon fuzzy set logic. In that respect paper also presents the verification of the method.
