摘要
Mongolian medicine is one of the four major ethnic medicine in China. It uses crude medicine as medicine, so it maintains the original bioactive substances of medicine, which can promote the activation and proliferation of immune cells and improve the disease resistance ability of the body. However, it is difficult to identify different Mongolian medicines quickly and accurately. For example, the same kind of Mongolian medicine has different pharmacodynamics due to different growth environment, but the pharmacodynamics of the same kind of medicine produced by two Mongolian medicine companies are very different. It is found that there is a certain relationship between the odor concentration of medicinal materials and their efficacy. There are great differences in the content of components in the same medicinal material, which lead to different odor. In this study, a kind of odor sensor, namely SAW bioelectronic nose, was used to detect the odor signal of Mongolian medicine, and different Mongolian medicine was identified by signal analysis. Bioelectronic nose is an electronic system that uses the response of odor sensor array to identify odor. It can monitor specific odor. In this study, SAW bioelectronic nose was used to detect odor signals of different kinds of Mongolian single drug and analyze their characteristics. The experimental results demonstrate that the SAW bioelectronic nose can successfully identify the Mongolian single drugs samples.
