摘要：

This article sought to analyze the inclusion practices in the coexistence of subjects with disabilities. The discussion was based on the theoretical contributions of Diversity and Inclusion. These were formation experiences out by the PROGEI Research Group at the State University of Bahia, using Action Research as a method. This action was financed by PROEXT and it was possible to train 582 people. The actions carried out by PROGEI are presented here as drivers to understand inclusion, establishing bonds that must coexist, with respect for human diversity. The formation made the diversities to be presented and accepted and the inclusion practices were naturalized, based on the Comprehensive Inclusion principle.
