摘要
We studied the structure and fabrication technologies of thin-film transistors on flexible substrate. Amorphous silicon, polyerystalline silicon and organic thin-film transistor have potential applications to flexible electronics. We developed amorphous silicon thin-film transistor and pentacene thin-film transistor arrays on plastic. The TFTs on plastic showed the field-effect mobility of > 0.4 cm(2)/Vs and on/off current ratio higher than 10(6), so that the TFT arrays based on amorphous silicon and pentacene can be applied to liquid-crystal and E-ink displays.
