摘要：

Small cell carcinoma of the bladder (SCCB) is rare, but often has distant metastasis when diagnosed. SCCB has poorer prognosis than urothelial bladder carcinoma. The optimal treatment is not well established and usually multimodal approaches are needed. Presented here are two cases of SCCB; the first case had mixed histology and the second case had pure SCCB.
