摘要
Structural, magnetic and magneto-transport properties were investigated in the as-spun and annealed ribbons of Ni55Mn19.6Ga25.4. The structural transition from the ferromagnetic martensite phase to the paramagnetic austenite phase was observed at 309 K in the annealed ribbon. Large negative magneto-resistance (MR) of 2.2% was obtained at 300 K (H=2 T) in the as-spun ribbon and this value is higher than that of bulk and thin film forms of Ni-Mn-Ga.
