Production of special-purity zinc oxide by oxidation of diethylzinc

摘要
A method was developed for obtaining special-purity zinc oxide, involving thorough purification of Zn(C2H5)(2) by rectification under lowered pressure, its oxidation with oxygen in the burning mode, and thermal treatment of the obtained finely dispersed zinc oxide to stabilize its phase composition.
