摘要
This paper presents a time-domain macro-model for incident electromagnetic field coupling to overhead transmission line above lossy ground. This approach is based on the method of characteristics (MoC),while different from generalized MoC technique, the proposed approach adopts the frequency response table of Laplace element in Analog behavioral modeling (ABM) library of PSpice software to deal with the frequency-dependent parameters, which greatly simplifies the conversion process of propagation operator. A numerical example is provided to validate the accuracy and efficiency of proposed method by comparing the results with the delay extraction passive compact circuit (DEPACT) macro-model.
