摘要
This study aimed to examine a theoretical model of 'multi-dimensional stress coping'. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the sample (10th grade = 162, 11th grade = 156, 12th grade = 153, boys = 50.3%) of the 2012 Children Supplementary Survey of Korean Welfare Panel Study. The results suggest that the mechanisms concerning the association between 'bonding social capital' and 'subjective well-being and suicide ideation' among Korean high school students can be explained by applying this multi-dimensional stress coping model. These results imply that simultaneous interventions to address compromised subjective well-being and reduce suicide ideation is necessary to promote mental health of adolescents. Also, the coping process used by adolescents in this study is not healthy, and it is important to develop adolescents' healthy stress coping skills.
