摘要
We experimentally observed for the first time the built up of a microwave microplasma in gas-filled hollow-core waveguides with internal diameter down to 65 mu m. Ultraviolet wavelengths have been generated and guided directly inside the hollow-core. (C) 2010 Optical Society of America
