Strongly fluorescent and thermally stable functional polybenzoxazole film: Excited-state intramolecular proton transfer and chemically amplified photopatterning

摘要
Intramolecular proton transfer and chemically amplified photopatterning of functional polybenzoxalo films were analyzed. Modified t-BOC blocking method was used to demonstrate the fabrication and specific fabrication patterning of poly(2-benzoxazol-2-yl-5-[6-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethyl)benzoox azol-2-yl]benzene-1,4-diol) (PBHBO) films. PBHBO was prepared by the reaction of 2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane in poly(phosphoric acid). The thermal property of PBHBO-BOC powder was examined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) at a rate of 20 K/min.
