摘要
This paper is divided into two parts: the first part discusses the core concepts, paradigm and logical starting point for the Theory of Planning for Integrating Rail Transit and Urban Space, and points out that the "Interface" between rail transit system and urban spatial system can serve as the logical starting point for the theory. The second part discusses the framework of the theory of planning for integrating rail transit and urban space, ie ontology, methodology and theory of value, and points out that: (I) Integrated planning is making a pre-arrangement for the future development of the system formed by rail transit and urban space in specific environment, which mainly process the interfacial conflicts; (2) "Hierarchical planning model based on collective choice" should be adopted for the basis of integrated planning model construction due to planning objects combined with technical and social characteristics; (3) Building up a evaluation system for integrating utilitarian evaluation and ethical evaluation will help promote public value.
