摘要
With the growth of economic integration and depth of trade liberty, especially after our entrance into WTO, China's international trade got a rapid rising. We do business With outer world more often; China's goods meet more and more anti-dumping investigation, which effect China's international trade seriously. During the process of answering the importers' anti-dumping, although China's exporter got a little success and experience, generally Chinese enterprises hold a passive attitude to anti-dumping investigation, and there are some problems in our administrational work. In this essay I want to analyze the economical reason of enterprises' passive attitude to anti-dumping, hoping to take my advice. from the view of public economics and give some reference to the related administrational department.
