摘要
This paper focused on the topic of corporate attractiveness for talents based on the view of the applicants, and adopted methods of principal component analysis and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to investigate the factors that caused impact on corporate attractiveness for talents. Further more, we provided the weight of 17 factors and found the most important five as the key factors that managers should be considered as the ways to improve the attractiveness for talents. Finally, we got 3 main components as the Secondary indexes, namely, external corporate image, internal corporate system and position characteristics, which each had several third-class indexes, finally, personal development, person-position matching, remuneration system, degree of internationalization and the city of the corporate got the greatest heavy weight.
