摘要：
Peer counseling has been widely applied to college psychological health education. It is a brand new attempt to introduce Peer counseling into college ideological and political education. In this paper, the theoretical support and realistic demands of peer counseling in college ideological and political education are analyzed. Meanwhile, the peer education is defined to have similar knowledge structure, high homogeneity, paralleling feelings and experiences, similar psychological features and personal development demands etc. This paper put forward that to achieve the aim of promoting college students' integrated development, peer counseling should stick to the spirit of taking advancing with the times as its connotation, multilevel demands as its content, and construct a support platform for multilayer peer counseling, combine team counseling with individual counseling.
