摘要
Mesoporous silicon layers, realised by. electrochemical anodisation of p(+) silicon substrates were completely oxidised and then impregnated by Disperse Red 1 (referred to as DR1) molecules dissolved in various solvents: butanol, propanol and THF. The formed composite materials were characterised by the "m-lines", micro-Raman spectrometry and optical reflectivity measurements. Raman investigations show. that DR1 is uniformly distributed inside the porous layer and that the DR1 quantity is the highest when THF solvent is used. The refractive index evolution is in agreement with the DR1 quantities detected by Raman analysis.
