摘要：

This article addresses the talent demands of competitive intelligence from two aspects: definition and theoretical source of competitive intelligence. We also propose basic qualification requirements for competitive intelligence professionals: 1. knowledge: ( 1) theoretical knowledge of competitive intelligence, (2) basic knowledge of relevant disciplines, and (3) knowledge and technology of computer and network; 2. skills; (1) information absorption ability, (2) comprehensive analysis ability; and (3) socialization and public relations ability; 3. awareness: (1) competitive intelligence awareness, and (2) anti-intelligence awareness.
