摘要
A novel technique is presented to pre-strain on the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) so that a single FBG can be Leed for simultaneous measurement of strain and temperature. The stain and temperature response is linear in the measurement range. The measured strain sensitivity of the bare section and the section stuck on the substrate is 7 x 10(-4) nm / mu epsilon and 0. The measured temperature sensitivity of the two section of the grating is 1.07 x 10(-2) nm / degreesC and 5.32x10(-2) nm/ degreesC.
