摘要
This review describes the synthesis of nanocomposite derivatives based on beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) using silver nanoparticles (NPs), gold NPs, magnetic NPs, carbon nanotubes, nanosheets, carbon dots and graphene oxide NPs. These nanocomposites were prepared by green synthesis method, chemical method, reduction method, thermal reduction, ultrasonication method and hydrothermal method. beta-CD is cyclic oligosaccharide consisting of seven glucose units linked by 1,4-alpha-glycosidic bonds. Its external surface is hydrophilic due to the substantial hydroxyl groups, and the interior is hydrophobic. beta-CD are useful in nanocomposites and metallic NPs because they provide nanoplatforms for biocompatibility. beta-CD is commonly used to change NPs because of their excellent biocompatibility, amphipathic properties and for enhancing the morphological and chemical features of nanocomposites. Thus, nanostructured materials based on beta-CD may enhance the potential for molecular recognition property which is a natural phenomenon and fundamentally important in chemistry and biology. The most important area in molecular recognition research is design and synthesis of model receptors (hosts) to recognize substrates (guests) of biochemical significance to mimic biological events. Because NPs have a high surface-to-volume ratio when combined with molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). This review briefs the application and characterizations of beta-CD based nanocomposites derivatives in molecular recognition.
