摘要
A retrospective study of 277 cases of Lyme borreliosis recognized on clinical, epidemiological and serological datas has allowed to collect 147 observations of patients presenting neurological symptoms. These complications were present in 65.5% of the observations in the second stage of the disease (131 cases). Peripheric nervous system was most concerned: meningoradiculitis (51 cases), peripheric neuropathy without meningitis (50 cases), cranial neuritis (40 cases). Central manifestations are less frequent (24 cases). Meningitis was observed in 63 patients, usually associated with neurological manifestations. During tertiary stage of the disease, neurological complications were present in 47% of the observations (16 cases). Central symptoms are the most frequent. Evolution under antibiotherapy is generally favourable during second stage. In late phase, prognosis is less good, sequelae are possible despite antibiotherapy.
