摘要：

Since the middle 20th century, the network technology has been greatly influencing the time and space concepts of the human society, leading to the complete change of the financial work and redefining the whole financial system, while the financial work completely relies on computers and the network system for sustainability. This paper analyzes such aspects as the characteristics, content, and aims of the financial management of colleges and universities in the era of network information and proposes measures for achieving the financial management aims of colleges and universities. As the financial control system runs through the whole process of the financial management of colleges and universities, therefore, to fulfill the aims of the financial management of colleges and universities, the key is doing the financial control work of college and universities well.
