摘要:
Nowadays, the path loss characteristics of UWB signals is widely investigated in the world for providing the channel model to UWB system. In this study, the propagation rules for UWB signals in indoor line-of-sight (LOS) environment are proposed. The relationship between multipath overlapping and the path loss is analyzed mathematically in time-domain. A new 5 rays path loss calculation method which is satisfactory accurate for indoor LOS environment, is developed based on time-domain theory. The simulation result shows that the path loss can be characterized as 3 zones with different path loss exponent as distance between transmitter and receiver (T-R) increasing, while the path loss exponent within the scope of 2 to 4.
