摘要：

Along with the modernization of agriculture in China, the traditional agricultural model is replaced by the modern agricultural practitioners; the market puts forward new requirements for agricultural colleges and universities in terms of talent training. Wenzhou Vocational & Technical College, as an institute emphasizing agricultural education, has proposed a new model of training college students as family farmers by seizing the innovation and entrepreneurial background as opportunity and on the basis of meeting the needs of market and industrial development for the talent personnel quality: it includes the training contents of "basic knowledge", "management competence" and "innovation and entrepreneurship literacy", the training characteristics of "precise training", "team work" and "resource integration", and the training plan of "interest construction", "professional practice" and "practice incubation", aiming to actively explore a new innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model.
