摘要
The role of procedural justice (PJ) on the growth of organization has attracted more attention in the business world. Grounded on social exchange theory, this research focuses on the effect of procedural justice on employee's organizational commitment (OC) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The research also examines organization trust (OT) and psychological ownership (PO) as an intermediate variable in this relationship. After analyzing the data from survey on 250 supervisor-subordinate dyads in 5 companies, the following results have been found: 1.There is a positive relationship between PJ and OC/OCB; 2.PJ is positively co-related with OT/PO; 3.OT plays a mediate role between the relationship of PJ and OC/OCB; 4.PO plays a mediate role between the relationship of PJ and OC/OCB.
