摘要
This paper analyzes the business process reengineering, uses the game theory to analyze the forming of supply chain, and puts forward the constraint condition of the stable supply chain. It is analyzed that inside the enterprise how to construct the project organization by the business process reengineering and how to carry out the production operation management by combining the project management body of knowledge posed by PMI. Meanwhile, outside the enterprise it analyzes how to build the network information platform using the information technology and realize the horizontal integrated supply chain process model of specialized division and cooperation and the condition of supply business process reengineering.
