摘要
We have demonstrated the feasibility of tagging the photons trajectories with a focused ultrasonic field, to reveal optical contrast in biological tissues. 3D images have been obtained on real ex-vivo structures of animal as well as human tissues, through a thickness ranging from 2 cm to 4.5 cm. We are developing the coupling of this acoustooptical imaging with a traditional echograph.
