摘要：
Using the data of listed manufacturing companies in China from 2007 to 2017, this paper studies the internal relationship between management power and enterprise ecological innovation from an empirical perspective. It is found that there is an inverted U-shaped curve relationship between the power of management and the ecological innovation of enterprises, that is, the power of management promotes the ecological innovation of enterprises to a certain extent, but higher power of management inhibits the ecological innovation of enterprises.
