摘要
A link between cholesterol and the development of Alzheimer disease (AD) has been proposed and many investigations have established a connection between AD and cholesterol dysregulation (1.). Many genes related to cholesterol homeostasis have been associated with Alzheimer disease (AD) (2), including the CETP gene (3, 4). We have studied the Taq1B polymorphism of the CETP gene in AD and Control subjects and its influence on blood lipid parameters.
