摘要
Our investigation involved 87 patients after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) without complications. We separate two patient subgroups after finished intrahospital rehabilitation (IHR) and early exercise testing (EET): A- 30 patients with myocardial ischemia (MI), and B - 57 patients without MI. Posthospital rehabilitation (PHR) was realised on Institute for rehabilitation - Niska Spa. A group realised 75W on ET, statisticaly more significant than in subgroup with MI- 30 patients (p < 0,05). In course of rehabilitation, after AMI, increase tolerance, on physical effort. Exercise longitude,as well as, values of double product (DP) were lower in A group than in B group.
