摘要：

Scientific and technological statistics is the main tool to carry out statistics to scientific and technological activities. Technological innovation management makes decision and plan on technological innovation through organization and controlling, and eventually realize managements on the whole motive process of technological innovation. After analysis of the relationship between statistics of science & technology and technological innovation management, this article will further analyze and supplement indicator system on sciences and technology in view of technological innovation management.
