摘要
At the present stage in the field of information and communication technologies, measures are being taken to create a national digital economy in the Russian Federation. According to the "Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030", in 2016 there are more than 80 million people in the Russian segment of the Internet network, and the total amount of sales of goods (services) through the Internet in 2015 is equivalent to 2.3% of Russia's GDP. The digital economy is defined as an activity where the main factor of production "is data in digital form where processing of that data in large volumes and the use of its analysis results, in comparison with traditional forms of management, significantly increase the efficiency of various types of production, technologies, equipment, storage, sale, delivery of goods and services". Therefore, currently, new approaches are required for the training of digital economy personnel, as well as new models and calculation technologies that allow one to instantly and accurately determine the value of innovative products. As an instrument of modern economic and mathematical modeling in the digital economy, the authors proposed the use of matrix tools to calculate the cost of production.
