摘要
The quantitative measures of aromaticity for mono, bi and tricyclic penta and hexaatomic heteroaromatic ring systems and their relationships were presented. The discussion included the significance of the measures and the measurement techniques used. The measures were calculated from the heats of reactions of combustion, hydrogenation, dehydration, from equilibria based methods, geometry based measures, magnetism based measures and miscellaneous NMR methods.
