摘要
The scale-free network has its great power on representing the real world for its characteristics of growing and preference attachment. Yet there lies its imperfectness in practical adoption on feasibility researches, for the openness, fluidity, single-direction development, multi-component, nonlinearity, feedback, hierarchical structure, emergences and abilities of learning of its targets, taking proposed project as disturbance to the whole environment as an existing network. A scale-free network with improved preference attachment has been set up in this paper to apply scale-free network as a practical tool in feasibility research, where systematic approaches of generation theory are desired rather than any of restoration.
