摘要
The paper presents a perspective on manufacturing competence as strategic approach to business performance in textiles industry. The case study on a large textile IN based in Romania presented in "Manufacturing Competence and Business Performance: A Case Study on the Strategic Perspective of Performance Management (A)" is continued following the analytical model of manufacturing competence in an attempt to answer the research question: "Does a company's performance increase if its manufacturing functions supported the competitive priorities identified within the framework of the business strategy?".
