摘要：

By the comparative research and empirical research method, analyzed by the number of workers at the end of the year from 1990 to 2011 and the average annual wage income changes of Yantai, Shandong Province, induction the current situation and influence factors of the workers' Employment, and to reveal the relationship between workers' employment change and average annual wage income change, put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of the workers' employment, thereby to stable the workers' employment, and promote the economic development of enterprises.
