摘要
This report presents the fabrication and the use of polymer p-chips with integrated microelectrodes for different analytical applications. The preliminary demonstration of capillary electrophoresis, immunoassays and affinity chromatography and the possibility to mass produce p-chips with the low cost plasma etching technology will enhance the interests for polymer based microchips.
