摘要
As to modem hotels, knowledge management exerts strong incentive functions. According to the features of hotel knowledge management, the principles of incentive mechanism are embodied in the following aspects: promotion of self-approval, motivation of potential demand, strengthening of behavioral power and emergence of the sense of belonging.
